The florist made a quick turn around for same day delivery and called to verify location and confirm delivery. Description stated the vase may not be the same- the recipient sent me a picture. The arrangement was beautiful but I expected more than the basic vase and there was very little white in arrangement- almost all very pink which I would not have chosen for a sympathy bouquet which it was suppose to be.

You did choose a designers choice that means we make something with any beautiful fresh flowers we have in stock. Also the small 4.00 balloon pick was accidentally put in another order which was also a designers choice and that was my fault as I had told you. I am so sorry about that. We are driving all the way back to the resort today to deliver the balloon.

day delivery and my friend received them before noon! Very prompt! I wanted something bright and cheery and the picture she sent was almost identical to the flowers I saw online and ordered! So great job! I would use again for sure!

This was a fantastic experience. I kept forgetting to order flowers for my sis for her surgery, I finally got to it about 5 hours before she was to arrive at the surgery center. This company got the flowers to her home address before she left for the day! And the bouquet was true to it's name--Sis was so moved by it that she cried when she called to thank me. These folks are the best!
