The arrangement was beautiful but it deviated a lot from the picture shown;even the vase. Also the Mylar balloon that I paid for was not sent. ---- Florist's Response: You did choose a designers choice that means we make something with any beautiful fresh flowers we have in stock. Also the small 4.00 balloon pick was accidentally put in another order which was also a designers choice and that was my fault as I had told you. I am so sorry about that. We are driving all the way back to the resort today to deliver the balloon.
